Thank you for choosing to book with us, we hope you enjoy your stay at Harbour View this is our holiday home so we will not be on site to welcome you, we have put together a comprehensive guest information book in the apartment which covers most things guest might need. We are contactable by telephone and our housekeeper lives 10 minutes away if there is an urgent problem. Reservations are made and accepted on the following terms & conditions:

Access: Whitehall Landings is accessible by car just off the A171, Harbour View has its own free parking space to the left of the main building, if you have additional cars please park them in the spaces marked with a V. We operate a key safe system for check in and check out.

Guests: Lead person must be of 18 years of age. We can accommodate for one baby.

Arrival & departure: Check-in is from 3.00pm to 10.00pm on the day of arrival. We will not be able to accommodate you prior to 3.00pm due to the need to prepare your room. Departure: Please vacate your room by 10.00am, so that your room can be prepared for other guests.

Cancellations & payment: Bookings via this site are made through Airbnb.

Damages and breakages: We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and we ask that you treat the apartment and its contents with respect. Please notify us of any accidents. We do not normally charge for minor breakages but you will be required to pay for loss or damage to furniture, equipment or extra cleaning costs. The damage deposit will be refunded within 3 days of your departure.

Late arrival: If you expect to arrive later than 10.00pm, please contact us to let us know your estimated time of arrival.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of our employment.

Lost Luggage: We can accept no responsibility for any of your possessions which are left at the property after you have departed. If we find any such items we will do our best to contact you.

Minimum stay: Our minimum stay is 2 nights and check in days will vary accordingly, for weekly stays our change over day is Saturday.

Noise levels: We aim to provide our guests with a peaceful, relaxing stay and for these reasons we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum before 08.00am and especially after 10.00pm. We reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without liability for any refund or compensation if you engage in unacceptable behavior that causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

Non-availability of accommodation: We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would then refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Occupancy: The apartment offers a double bed, two single beds, and has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons, we can also offer a .

Party Bookings: We do not cater for groups such as stag or hen parties.

Pets: We are sorry but we do not accept pets or any other animals into the apartment.

Price: We reserve the right to change our advertised prices at any time. The price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be guaranteed on payment of your deposit.

Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority and the property has a fire safety certificate. Throughout the building we have fire-fighting equipment, smoke detectors, a fire alarm system and an emergency lighting system. 

Smoking: We are a completely non-smoking establishment and do not allow smoking anywhere inside the apartment or main building please us the cigerette bins provided around the grounds. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.

Use of candles: We request that you do not light candles in the apartment. This is a requirement of our insurers.

Wi-Fi: We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests use. We have a fast broadband service which is accessible throughout the property. You will find the access code in the Welcome Folder in the living room. Please note that we have no responsibility for, or control over the internet services you access and do not guarantee that any services are error or virus free. We have no responsibility for, or control over the information you transmit or receive via the service. We do not guarantee the availability of the service, the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be compatible with your equipment or any software which you use.
